Ordering

How do I place an order?

Order online through the webshop, by phone on +44 116 466 5666, or in person at the Leicester showroom. The Fonteyn team is happy to guide you through every step.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice?

Yes. You receive an order confirmation by email straight after ordering, and an invoice by email after delivery.

Payment

Which payment methods does Fonteyn accept?

All major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, with a secure checkout. In the Leicester showroom you can also pay by card.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

All prices are shown in pounds (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery is calculated at checkout and varies by product, size, weight and location.

When is my payment processed?

Card payments are processed straight away. For bank transfers, the order is processed once payment is received.

Delivery & installation

When will my order be delivered?

Most products are delivered within a few working days. Larger products are delivered by the Fonteyn delivery service, usually within 2 to 2.5 weeks.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary by product, size, weight and location, and are calculated during checkout. For large products such as spas and swim spas, delivery is arranged by the Fonteyn delivery service.

Can I have my order installed?

Optional installation is available for many products, including swim spas, spas and saunas. A specialist will talk through the options, requirements and any costs. See our Delivery & Installation page.

What if I am not home for delivery?

For products delivered by the Fonteyn delivery service, a delivery appointment is arranged in advance, so you know exactly when to expect your order.

Returns & refunds

How do returns work?

The Fonteyn team is happy to help with any return. Contact customer service with your order number and they will talk you through the process.

Which products cannot be returned?

Custom-made and made-to-order products cannot be returned. For any questions about your specific order, the Fonteyn team is happy to help.

When will I receive my refund?

Once a return is approved, the refund is handled by the Fonteyn team and processed back to your original payment method.

What warranty do I get?

Warranty varies by product group; the specific warranty for each item is shown on its product page. The Fonteyn team is happy to explain the details.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please report it as soon as possible, and in any case within 7 working days of delivery. Send a few clear photos and your order number, and the Fonteyn team will arrange a quick solution.

Where is the showroom?

The UK’s Biggest Outdoor Living Showroom is in Leicester: 19 Meridian North, Meridian Business Park, Leicester LE19 1WR. Swim spas, spas, saunas, ice baths, garden furniture and barbecues, all on display.

What are the opening hours?

The showroom is open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm and Sunday 10:00am to 4:00pm.
